Why this matters
Existing ART outcome data comes primarily from clinics. These registries capture clinical metrics but miss the patient perspective: the physical toll, emotional experience, financial burden, and outcomes that matter most to the people going through treatment.
The ART Outcomes Registry collects structured, patient-reported data to complement clinical registries. This is a hypothesis-generating tool -- not a surveillance system -- designed to surface patterns that warrant further investigation.
